Uber:On behalf of a frustrated driver.

I don't use cabs much. Today I took an uber cab from Gurgaon sector 48 to Airport , driver was

He told me about the something I never ever thought companies like uber would be doing to earn money. 

This is based on what he told.

Uber assigns ride to driver just few mins before the driver drops the passenger he is carrying. So Driver does not get time to drink eat or even refuel because he does not want to upset the customer. Incase driver cancel a ride in order to take rest or do any other thing than the incentives he earned working hard are not given to him. Thus his whole day work or staying hungry or thirsty goes to waste.

Drivers may suffer from stress and sleepiness increasing chances of accidents.

I believe Uber has developed nice system to keep drivers busy but your system forgot that those working are human and not machine. Please look into this matter & call the driver. I will try to contact him soon if uber doesn't contact him I would make his audio recording public and bring it to light of NGO's and other Human Rights activist. Please uber contact the driver.
